In a deal similar to their existing agreement with Universal, Showmehowtoplay.com have now inked a contract with Sony Music giving them rights to use original Sony Recordings in Multiplayer format as part of their innovative teaching system.

Flo Rida’s “Right Round” has now passed 2 million download sales in the US. The album entered the US chart at number 8 and number 4 in the UK.

SMHTP wins Arts Council tender
Show Me How To Play.com is proud to announce that it has won the tender to deliver an exciting new digital project in collaboration with Arts Council England’s Take It Away scheme.
Mary-Alice Stack, Development Manager for Take It Away at Arts Council England said “We chose SMHTP as they presented an unique package of services that have great potential to extend the reach of the Take It Away scheme to people of all ages and abilities, whether they are learning to play individually or as part of a group.”

Amorphous Androgynous Remix Oasis
FSOL, as their Amorphous Androgynous project, have remixed the next Oasis single “Falling Down”. It will be released on March 9th. Noel recently had this to say about it on the Oasis blog:
By the way, there’s gonna be a very special release coming your way soon. Remember that “Amorphous Androgynous” lot I was telling you about? Well, they’ve done a “Monstrous Psychedelic Bubble” mix of “Falling Down”. It’s 22 mins long. I’ll repeat that, TWENTY-TWO MINUTES LONG!! I fully expect 50% of you not to have the attention span to deal with something like that but the rest of you, I hope, will be blown away. It’s a staggering piece of music. Monumental even. All superlatives will apply.
